Join our fast-growing company as a French speaking Customer Support Representative with French C1 level language skills.
It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday,
Option 1) 8AM-5PM CET
Option 2) 9AM-6PM CET

* Experience in the international company working with people around the globe;
* Compensation – $800 during the probation period (2 month), $100 training bonus paid after successful probation of 2 months , After probation : $800 + $300 bonus based on KPIs (where $100 is for quality, $150 for productivity, $50 for schedule adherence)
* Training will be provided by the company and the client;
* 20 paid days of vacations, 10 paid days sick leaves per year;
* Management's attention, support and motivation.
Your Responsibilities:
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
* Experience in Customer support at least 1 year;
* French C1 level (fluent writing and speaking);
* Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Problem-resolution skills;
* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work in a stressful situation, having empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns, skills of active listening and attention to detail;
* Respect to the Customers, focus on helping ability, empathy;
* Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
