We are hiring for our client Tele Support for Food Service, Restaurant & Quick Service Restaurant a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Contract type: Full time / Part time
Duration: 1 year
Schedule: night shift only
Responsibilities:
* Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls to take customer pizza orders.
* Accurately input order details, including special requests, and engage in upselling.
* Provide information on menu items, promotions, payment options, and delivery times.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
* Ensure interactions meet company standards for quality and accuracy.
* Maintain consistency and precision in order entry.
* Stay updated on menu changes, pricing, and promotional offers.
Profile required:
* Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or call center environment.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
* Computer literacy with troubleshooting knowledge.
* Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Professionalism under pressure, even with difficult customers.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* Minimum education: High School diploma.
* Preference for candidates without ongoing university or additional employment.
