What you’ll do 💼

* Answer customer chats and/or calls in English and French
* Solve problems fully and follow through to the end
* Recommend products that fit customer needs
* Reach sales targets with professionalism and customer care

What you need 📝

* Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
* Clear, empathetic communication skills
* A mindset for sales and helping people
* Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
* Reliable and respectful of schedules
