Join our fast-growing company as a French speaking Customer Support Representative with English C1 level and French C1 level language skills.


It is a remote full-time position.


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 EST or 10:00 - 19:00 EST

* Bonus - $50 /month for completing the KPIs, after the probation period, and $25 for the home internet;

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding warranty coverage, product support, and

general inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on technician visits, appointment scheduling, or outstanding

claim details.

  • Log and report new claims accurately, ensuring all required information is gathered and submitted

to the appropriate internal departments.

  • Offer clear, accurate information about protection plans, warranty services, and the claims

process.

  • Transfer calls or escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary,

ensuring a smooth handover.

  • Document all customer interactions clearly and completely in the system, following company

procedures.

  • Carry out any other duties or tasks assigned by your Team Leader to support daily operations and

team goals.


You are our perfect candidate if you have:


* Experience in Customer support at least 1 year;
* French C1 level (fluent writing and speaking);
* English C1 level (fluent writing and speaking);
* Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Problem-resolution skills;
* Previous experience in warranty or insurance services is considered an asset.
* Proven experience supporting customers based in the United States and Canada.
* Basic understanding of Canadian geography, languages, and regional differences, as the role

involves handling addresses across various provinces and communicating in both English and

French.

* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work in a stressful situation, having empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns, skills of active listening and attention to detail;
* Respect to the Customers, focus on helping ability, empathy;
* Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
