Join our fast-growing company as a French speaking Customer Support Representative with English C1 level and French C1 level language skills.
It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 EST or 10:00 - 19:00 EST

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
* Experience in Customer support at least 1 year;
* French C1 level (fluent writing and speaking);
* English C1 level (fluent writing and speaking);
* Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Problem-resolution skills;
* Previous experience in warranty or insurance services is considered an asset.
* Proven experience supporting customers based in the United States and Canada.
* Basic understanding of Canadian geography, languages, and regional differences, as the role
involves handling addresses across various provinces and communicating in both English and
French.
* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work in a stressful situation, having empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns, skills of active listening and attention to detail;
* Respect to the Customers, focus on helping ability, empathy;
* Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
