We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to be the first point of contact for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Ticket Management & Triage
* Prioritize and categorize incoming tickets (bug reports, feature requests) via Jira
* Escalate complex issues with clear documentation
* Ensure smooth resolution of technical and non-technical issues
Client Communication
* Respond to clients in both French and English via Jira tickets
* Maintain professional, empathetic, and timely communication
* Provide regular updates to ensure client satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
* Fluency in English and French (essential)
* Basic understanding of Jira or similar ticketing tools
* Familiarity with IT support processes (triage, SLAs, escalation)
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
* Patience and empathy for client interactions
* Eagerness to learn technical concepts
