We are looking for a talented Facilities & Administration Supervisor to join us. Key Responsibilities:

 

* Oversee general services activities (facility maintenance, logistics, fleet management, supplies, and security)
* Manage business travel administration (bookings, compliance with travel policy, cost tracking and optimization)
* Manage external service providers (service quality, contract management, cost optimization)
* Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities (costs, timelines, employee experience)
* Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Monitor KPIs and ensure regular reporting

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

 

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, logistics, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization
* Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of service
* Ability to challenge existing practices and propose practical improvements
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing service providers
