Role Description
The EOA at KBCompanies will serve as a critical operational link between the CEO and the company’s ventures, teams, and external partners. This role transcends traditional executive assistant duties by owning systems, managing complex cross-functional projects, and acting as a force multiplier for the CEO. The EOA will manage the CEO’s priorities, communication flow, and follow-through, ensuring the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for all key interactions. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility across all active ventures, tracking milestones and deliverables, driving special projects independently, and building operational workflows and dashboards. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with team leads, contractors, and vendors, managing hiring logistics, resolving operational challenges, and overseeing the company’s operating system and CRM data hygiene. The position is fully remote with a focus on asynchronous work complemented by overlapping hours aligned with the EST time zone.
Qualifications
* 3–6 years of experience in operations, chief of staff/ executive associate, project management, or related high-context coordination roles
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to build and maintain systems proactively
* Clear and professional written communication in English
* Ability to manage multiple business lines simultaneously without losing detail
* Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions within defined boundaries
* Proficiency with tools such as Notion, CRM platforms, and productivity software
* Discretion in handling sensitive business and personnel information
* Preferred: experience in e-commerce, agency, or multi-entity environments, familiarity with AI productivity tools, and background supporting a founder or CEO directly
