We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Independent Sales Manager to join our team and take full ownership of our sales operations. In this commission-based role, you will earn a competitive 10-15% compensation for every deal closed. This is an independent position that offers you the freedom to work remotely from anywhere, allowing you to create your own schedule and work in a way that suits you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a dynamic sales strategy to identify and acquire new clients.

  • Manage the full sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Conduct thorough market research to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of trends.

  • Track sales progress and report performance regularly, providing insights and updates to the business owner.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of clients, collaborating with the team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus.

  • Fluent in English and French
