A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Business Development Director for their team in Morocco.

The main responsibilities will include:


* To manage the sales and marketing team of the North African region.
* Design and implement a strategic business development plan that expands the company’s client and customer base and ensures its strong presence.
* Translate business objectives and strategies into regional-specific plans to achieve KPIs/targets.
* Maintains good relationships with business partners/contacts and potential clients.
* Explores and identifies business opportunities in the Region.
* Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of regional team.
* Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, and pricing, and develop strategies to accommodate the company's goal.


To be successful you will need to meet the following:


* Only candidates based in Morocco will be considered.
* Must have 10+ years of sales and marketing experience within the Medical Devices Industry in the region.
* Solid track record in leading sales and marketing teams.
* Strong knowledge of pricing and reimbursement environment.
* Strong business acumen.
* Strong communication skills with fluency in French, English, and Arabic.
