Scrum Master – AI Project (5+ years experience) - Anglophone ou italophone

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence projects to join our team. You will play a key role in facilitating agile practices, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery, and enabling high-performing teams to deliver value efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide and coach the team in applying Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
* Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to ensure effective backlog prioritization and delivery.
* Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.
* Support the organization in scaling agile practices within AI and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in AI, Data, or Digital Transformation projects.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Software Developers.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
* Fluent in English (Italian is a plus).
