🌍 Freelance Field Service / Remote Hands Technician – Rabat, Morocco

We are looking for a Freelance Field Service / Remote Hands Technician to support on-site installation, setup, and handling of communications equipment in Rabat, Morocco.

📅 Start Date: To be confirmed

⏱ Duration: Minimum 2 hours (with potential for additional work)

📍 Location: P4017 54, Rabat, Morocco

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Powering on/off and installing communications equipment (routers/switches).
* Setting up cable connections (straight-through, crossover, console).
* Enabling remote access to terminals via console connection.
* Searching, handling, and moving communications equipment as required.
* Installing and securing equipment in racks.
* Acting as on-site hands/eyes for remote engineers.

✅ Requirements:

* Basic knowledge of communications equipment (routers/switches).
* Ability to follow remote guidance from engineers.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional.
* Must be located in or near Rabat, Morocco.

🛠 Technician Should Have:

* Access to labeled IG Networks equipment.
* Laptop with TeamViewer + charger.
* Digital camera (cell phone camera acceptable).
* 3G/4G SIM (optional, can use cell phone SIM).
* Headphones / Headset for cell phone (optional).
* Cell phone + charger.
* Identification documents.
* Straight, crossover, and console cables + adapter.
