PayTic is revolutionizing the payments sector by simplifying and automating operations for banks, fintechs, and payment institutions. As we grow, we need a talented Customer Success Manager to take ownership of our client relationships.
Are you ready to make an impact in the future of payments?
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
• Drive the client journey from sales handoff through onboarding to successful adoption
• Be the voice of the customer internally and collaborate with product teams
• Boost product adoption, client satisfaction, and account growth
• Analyze client needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on support
• Lead client training, QBRs, and success planning sessions
• Monitor client health and proactively address risks or roadblocks
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
• Strong client-facing communication skills and a consultative approach
• Proven ability to manage onboarding projects and cross-functional coordination
• Comfort working with data and client system integrations
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
• Understanding of the payments industry (settlement processes, chargebacks, Mastercard & Visa rules)
• Experience with Jira
• Fluency in English and French
• Availability to travel for client meetings and key milestones
