Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to support our team in providing excellent service to our Moroccan customers. This internship offers a great opportunity to learn about customer relations, order processing, and basic supply chain operations in an international company.
The main responsabilities ares:
* Assist in communication with Moroccan customers under supervision
* Help collect and organize customer needs,
* Support the invoicing process for customers and assist with documentation
* Contribute to the complaint handling process, following Syngenta guidelines
* Assist the local supply chain team with daily activities as needed
* Help with basic office tasks in the Mohamedia's office
Learning Opportunities:
* Gain experience in preparing and maintaining order follow-up files
* Learn to create and send order status updates to customers
* Observe and assist with customer payment tracking processes
* Understand the basics of invoice and delivery note filing
* Gain insights into stakeholder communication in a business environment
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
* Strong interest in customer service and supply chain operations
* Good communication skills in English and French
* Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
* Attention to detail and good organizational skills
