Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming requests via email, chat, and phone in both Spanish and English.
* Assist clients with hotel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and platform usage.
* Investigate and resolve issues related to availability, payments, overbookings, and supplier communication.
* Liaise with hotel partners and internal teams to resolve client cases efficiently.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system.
* Ensure KPIs (response time, resolution rate, satisfaction score) are consistently met or exceeded.
* Share customer feedback with internal teams to contribute to product and service improvements.
* Support during high-volume travel seasons and troubleshoot urgent cases with professionalism.

Requirements:

* Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – essential.
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in travel environment, hospitality, or tech.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working with online booking platforms, reservation systems, or CRM tools.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
