Customer Security Patrol Attendance Staff

Job Summary

* Working location: Him Lam
* Working hours: Shift (7 hours/day, 6 days/week)
* Report to: Supervisor

What You Do

* Patrol areas inside AEON Mall to support customers when necessary:
* Provide necessary and accurate information to customers (For example: locations of booths, utility areas
* programs, events at AEON Mall
* services, utilities of AEON Mall, …)
* Support when customers encounter difficult situations (For example: lost belongings, relatives, heavy lifting, …)
* Directly or coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
* Promptly notify relevant departments when detecting incidents and situations that may affect customers at the shopping mall.
* Other related tasks as required by superiors.
