Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The individual will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing support tickets, and resolving customer issues efficiently. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a strong understanding of Ryderz App products and services to deliver high-quality support and providing an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.

* Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills, demonstrating a people-first approach.
* Strong abilities in Customer Support and communication, capable of handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a professional and service-oriented demeanor.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and empathy in customer interactions.
* Experience in using support ticketing systems or CRM software is a plus.
* A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are advantageous.
