Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for an Assistant to the Office Manager located in Fez, with flexibility for some remote work. This position involves providing administrative and clerical support, managing phone communications, coordinating schedules, assisting with executive tasks, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. The Assistant will also support the Office Manager in organizing meetings, maintaining records, and liaising with various departments.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
* Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills
* Competency in Clerical Skills and organizational abilities
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
* Adaptability to both office-based and remote work environments
* Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with financial or investment sectors is a plus
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
