1. COMMUNITY & EVENTS

* Build strong relationships with coworkers 💬
* Organize unforgettable community moments: barbecues, afterworks, yoga sessions… (yes, we have mats 🧘)
* Keep the good vibes going in and outside the space


2. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

* Keep our space welcoming & lively: coffee ready ☕, tea warm 🍵, plants thriving 🌱
* Manage office supplies like a pro (because missing pens is a tragedy)
* Welcome visitors with a smile and coordinate emails like a breeze


3. ADMIN & SALES SUPPORT

* Respond to bookings & sales inquiries
* Prepare quotes and invoices 🧾
* Track expenses and handle light admin work with Excel superpowers


🎯 What We’re Looking For:

* Strong communication skills (written + spoken)
* Multitasking ninja
* Friendly, upbeat, and people-loving
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Outlook)
* Experience in administration, hospitality, or customer service is a big plus!
