About the Role
We are looking for a female Personal / Executive Assistant who is organized, proactive, and professional to support the founder in daily operations and ensure smooth coordination of projects and meetings.
Main Responsibilities
• Email & Calendar Management: Handle inbox, organize the founder’s agenda, and schedule meetings.
• Meeting Preparation & Follow-up: Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Administrative Support: Draft and format documents, manage files, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Project Assistance: Track tasks, liaise with partners and suppliers, and help keep projects on schedule.
Profile
• Excellent organization and communication skills (English/French).
• Strong sense of confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant is an advantage.
Location: Marrakech (on-site or hybrid)
Contract: Full-time
