Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, based in Fez Prefecture. The Assistant will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, manage correspondence, and provide support to ensure smooth operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organized records, assisting in planning and executing meetings or events, and offering general office support. The role requires multitasking and adapting to a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
* Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude in handling day-to-day tasks
* Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles is preferred
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus
* High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
