Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while working independently. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Respond to emails and messages promptly, and coordinate meetings and schedules using digital tools.
* Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, alongside managing calendars.
* Maintains files and records, and updates the database to ensure data accuracy.
* Track project progress and deadlines, and collaborate with team members on task assignments.
* Manages budgets and expenses as needed, while preparing reports and presentations.
* Adhere strongly to company policies and procedures and update the team on relevant compliance issues.
* Facilitate onboarding for new employees and organize team-building activities and events.
Requirements
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3 -5 yrs Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
* Familiarity with CRM or database systems.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Reliable internet connection and back-up power supply.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
