Responsibilities:

1. Constant negotiation with new drivers and fleet companies and maintaining existing supplier for Ground Transport services in geo-assigned
2. Negotiation of rates for ground transportation services
3. Ensure availability and competitive prices for ground transportation services.
4. Participate in market and competition researchCoordinate and resolve issues from supplier side notification, cancelations, and operational problems among others
5. Analyze market trends for pricingProblem-solvingMake calls to the appropriate driver to assign a ride. Performing Last Minute assignment.
6. Confirm the ride was done and apply the change in the system or ask the driver to do it.
7. Contact Drivers for rates negotiation and onboardingAssisting with internal communications with CS, QA, and other departments
8. Customer Service support.

Experience:

3 years experience working in the Tourism & services sector, tourism product management.

3 years experience working in travel agencies, hotels or any tourism (required)

Knowledge of the for-hire vehicle industry.

Operational skillsStrategy implementation experience (required)Impeccable problem-solving skills.

Excellent English and Italian verbal and written communication.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc).

Ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively.
