We’re a Portuguese surfcamp group with locations in Costa da Caparica (Portugal), Ahangama (Sri Lanka), and now our newest destination Taghazout, Morocco!

Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences for people from all over the world through surf, community, and adventure.

About the role

We’re looking for an energetic and people-driven Guest Experience Manager to lead our operations in Taghazout.

You’ll be the heart of the guest journey, from check-in to check-out, making sure every guest feels at home and leaves with memories that last a lifetime.

What you’ll do

* Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and friendly environment
* Coordinate daily activities, surf lessons, and social events
* Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues with positivity and care
* Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
* Work closely with the marketing team to maintain our high standards of experience

What we’re looking for

* Strong communication and people skills, you genuinely love connecting with others
* Previous experience in hospitality or guest management (preferably in hostels, hotels, or surf camps)
* Fluent in English (other languages are a plus: Portuguese, French, or Spanish)
* Positive attitude, problem-solver, and team player
* A passion for surf, travel, and creating meaningful experiences
