Chief Commercial Officer - Inbound B2B Travel (Morocco)
Mission: Own the commercial engine. Set the strategy. Drive revenue. Position us as Morocco’s go-to inbound agency for premium and luxury travel.
What you’ll do
* Build and execute a winning commercial plan to grow revenue, margin, and market share.
* Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization.
* Forge strategic partnerships with international tour operators and agencies.
* Shape innovative products and experiences aligned with our brand and client expectations.
* Track market trends, client insights, and competitors to steer decisive action.
* Own budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting end-to-end.
What you bring
* 10+ years in sales/commercial leadership in travel & tourism (inbound preferred).
* A proven record turning strategy into sustained growth.
* A strong international network in luxury/high-end travel (major plus).
* Negotiation, leadership, communication: best-in-class.
* Fluent in English, French, and Arabic (other languages welcome).
