Role Overview
We are seeking project-based Travel Operations Compliance Coordinators located in Morocco.
The role focuses on evaluating airline service procedures across different stages of the travel journey. You will conduct on-site service assessments during selected flight routes and complete structured evaluation reports through our digital platform.
This opportunity is suitable for individuals who already travel or have planned routes.
This is a project/assignment-based contract, not a full-time employment role.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct service process evaluations at various travel touchpoints (check-in, boarding, in-flight, etc.).
* Document service observations through our structured reporting platform.
* Review and identify areas of service consistency, compliance, and experience standards.
* Complete assignments within set timelines and deliver clear, accurate reports.
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail when observing service procedures.
* Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely.
* Time management to meet assignment reporting deadlines.
* Must hold valid travel documentation for selected routes.
Compensation & Coverage
* Reimbursement of airline ticket cost for assigned evaluations.
* Meal coverage included during the assessment.
* Not covered: visa costs, hotel accommodation, and local ground transportation.
