* Drive sales and develop relationships with customers and distributors across Morocco.
* Provide expert advice and support on cutting tool solutions.
* Conduct product demos, technical training, and on-site customer visits.
* Identify customer needs and tailor technical solutions to optimize performance.
* Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and project tenders.
* Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

🔧 Technical Expertise:

* Background in machining, metal cutting, or industrial tooling.
* Technical diploma or degree in mechanical/industrial engineering.
* Minimum 5 years in technical sales, ideally in the cutting tools or metalworking industry.
* Ability to provide on-site technical support and training.

💼 Commercial Acumen:

* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Customer-centric mindset with a consultative approach.
* Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
* Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.

🌐 Languages

Fluency in English and French are mandatory, Spanish is suitable.

📍 Location
* Candidate must be based in Casablanca or willing to relocate.
* Frequent travel across Morocco required.
* Must hold a valid driving license.
