Role Description

  • Ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Handling incoming calls and logging all types of incidents.

  • Resolving simple and recurring issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of professional experience.

  • Strong schedule flexibility to work 44 hours per week on rotating shifts.

  • Excellent command of the French language.

  • Good verbal communication skills, availability, courtesy, and perseverance.
