We are looking for a Senior Business Development Represntative for North Africa. The sales quota will be to bring from 300k$ to 500k$ of incremental revenue every year thanks to sales in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia and other North West Africa countries to Insurances, Bodyshops, leasing, fleet companies and others.

What You’ll Do


* research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.
* seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
* Create , Follow and update deals in a regular basis through company tools such as Salesforce.
* generate leads and cold call prospective customers and close-win new deals.
* meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
* Call and follow Customer payment with the support of Admin and Finance through weekly aging files.
* foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
* understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
* draw up client contracts - depending on the size of company
* have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
* seek ways of improving the way the business operates
* attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
* help to plan sales campaigns
* create a sales pipeline, negotiate pricing with customers and increase sales of the business
* carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management
* Delivering Demos and some basic training to support the Solera suite of products.
* Delivering industry skills training to support and develop Solera’s customer/ user base.
* Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis and any other mission or tasks required by her/his manager.
* Create and implement an effective customer loyalty program
* Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
* Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
* Establishing KPIs for managing steering committees with Insurance companies, Experts and Bodyshops to follow and lead POCs successfully
* The position may require many trips in North Africa or to Solera's subsidiaries in other regions

What You’ll Bring


* 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales and Training or similar positions
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
* Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
* Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
* Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
* Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring
* Must be willing, ready, and able to learn and execute the Solera Way of conducting business
* Demonstrated experience driving profitable Training Services
* Experience in a similar role preferably in a mid-sized, high technology, software, or industrial tech/services company. Must have had experience selling to Insurance Industry or bodyshops
* Successful track record in managing high growth environments
* Very good understanding (ideally from own work experience) of the end-to-end automotive claims processes, the car industry and its stakeholders in general and its influencers.
