🚀 We’re hiring: Senior Operations Recruiter (Talent Acquisition – Operations)

🔍 The Mission (should you choose to accept it)

✅ Own end-to-end hiring for Customer Success, Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, Operations & Leadership roles

✅ Design and run results-driven sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding playbooks at scale

✅ Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers (up to COO/C-Level) as a trusted advisor

✅ Level up process & tooling: ATS hygiene, dashboards, candidate experience, interview training, best practices

✅ Build proactive pipelines & talent communities and act as a strong employer brand ambassador

⚙️ What We’re Looking For

✅ 6+ years recruiting business/operations roles in high-growth environments

✅ Proven track record building hiring strategies and closing critical GTM/ops roles across EMEA

✅ Stakeholder management: you influence, advise, and challenge at senior levels

✅ Deep sourcing chops: LinkedIn Recruiter, Cord, communities, creative outreach & mapping

✅ Process-oriented: ATS experience (ideally HiBob or similar), clean data, compliance & SLAs

✅ Languages: Fluent French & English required; Arabic is a strong plus

✅ Familiarity with Moroccan and EMEA right-to-work and hiring practices
