What you will be doing:
* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate screenings.
* Support HR team members in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, social gatherings, and recognition programs.
* Assist with new employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions, and coordinating training sessions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other HR systems.
* Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Support HR team members in conducting research and analysis for HR projects and initiatives.
* Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
* Assist with the coordination and delivery of training and development programs.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
What we are looking for :
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
