🎯 Your Mission:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive our recruitment strategy with a strong focus on hiring top-tier tech and data talent. You’ll act as a true strategic partner — not just a recruiter — working closely with technical teams and leadership to attract the best talent in the market.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles (Developers, Engineers, Product Managers, Data Specialists, etc.)
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and refine job needs
* Proactively source talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and niche tech communities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, interviews, coordination, and offers
* Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
* Support employer branding efforts within the tech ecosystem
* Monitor key metrics and continuously optimize sourcing and hiring channels
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
* 3–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in tech recruitment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (HR, Tech Leads, Executives)
* Proficiency in modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, boolean search, etc.)
* Solid understanding of technical roles and the tech talent landscape
* Proactive, analytical, highly organized, and results-driven
