* Manage organizational change efforts, including restructuring and realignment.
* Develop and implement organization development strategies focusing on optimizing the organizational structure, roles, and processes to support business objectives.
* Lead the design, review, and refinement of organizational structures to enhance agility, efficiency, and collaboration.
* Job Analysis: Conduct thorough job analyses to understand roles and responsibilities, ensuring that job positions are accurately defined and optimized.
* Job Family Modeling: Develop and maintain job family models that support career progression and development within the organization.
* Job Profiling/Description: Facilitate and oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed job profiles and descriptions, empowering line managers and employees to outline essential duties, qualifications, and competencies for each role.
* Job Evaluation: Oversee job evaluation processes to determine equitable compensation and grading structures for all positions.
* Manpower Planning: Lead manpower planning efforts to ensure that the organization has the right talent in the right positions to meet current and future business needs.
* Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute workforce planning strategies.
* Analyze workforce data and trends to forecast future talent needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps and talent shortages.
* Support the General Manager in managing enterprise-wide HR strategic projects, as Project Management Office for KPJ’s Academic Health System transformation, HR Shared Services implementation, and other key transformation initiatives.
* Contribute to the development and execution of the Group HR planning framework and strategic roadmap, aligning workforce strategies with organizational goals and long-term business priorities.
* Any other tasks as assigned from time to time, contributing positively to the overall HR Strategic Objectives
