Why does this role exist
As a Bilingual Recruiter, you'll be the talent ambassador for Magic, directly supporting our largest client in the health and wellness sector. You'll be primarily responsible for identifying and securing exceptional bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representatives for live chat support while cultivating our employer brand. Your own C2-level French proficiency will be crucial in accurately evaluating candidates' language abilities, technical skills, and cultural fit.
The impact you’ll make:
* Specialized Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of French/English bilingual CSRs with proven live chat support experience for our premier health and wellness client
* Language Assessment: Conduct comprehensive language evaluations to ensure candidates possess the required C2-level French proficiency alongside strong English skills
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment from job postings to successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate journey
* Client Partnership: Work closely with our health and wellness client to understand their specific requirements, brand voice, and customer service standards
* Quality Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and evaluations using both language proficiency, technical abilities, and cultural fit criteria
* Process Optimization: Utilize advanced ATS and recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
* Employer Branding: Serve as Magic's brand ambassador, showcasing our unique culture and the opportunities of supporting a leading health and wellness brand

Your Profile
* Language Mastery: C2-level proficiency in French and fluent English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Language Assessment Ability: Experience evaluating language proficiency in candidates, particularly French at various CEFR levels
* Chat Support Understanding: Knowledge of live chat support environment and the skills required for success in digital customer service
* Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in talent acquisition within the Dominican Republic, particularly for customer service roles
* Health/Wellness Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the health and wellness sector is highly advantageous
* Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dominican labor laws, cultural nuances, and effective sourcing channels
* Tech Proficiency: Experience with modern recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and digital sourcing tools
* Multitasking Excellence: Ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously without compromising quality
* Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and stakeholders
