Kinetic is working with a reputable Medical Device company actively recruiting a Sales Team Leader- Francophone Africa for their team in Morocco.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Manage and develop relationships with distributors across Francophone Africa.

  • Drive sales growth and achieve regional revenue targets.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or sciences.

  • Have over 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in English across speaking, writing, and reading.

  • Be skilled in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.

  • Be flexible and willing to travel frequently across the assigned region and beyond.
