Job Overvie
w:We are looking out for a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the regional Government. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing opportunities through government tenders, RFPs, and formal bidding processes. You will also be responsible to proactively identify key stakeholders, contacts and institutional decision makers in the Government and present BLS offerings for upcoming opportunities. The role will require to proactively look for potential partners to bid or service the contract jointly. Your expertise will ensure the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals that increase our win rate and expand our portfolio of government contracts worldwid

es:• Proactively identify, track, and assess regional government tender opportunities across relevant platforms and publicatio
ns.• Lead the end-to-end bid process, from initial PQQ/RFI through to final submission and post-bid clarificati
on.• Coordinate with central and regional cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance, delivery) to develop winning proposal strategies, compelling value propositions, and comprehensive bid respons
es.• Ensure strict compliance with all solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, and procurement regulations specific to each opportuni
ty.• Analyse bid outcomes to derive lessons learned and continuously improve processes, templates, and win strategi

Professional Experie
nce:• Minimum 10+ years of proven working experience in managing the full lifecycle of bids, tenders, and RFPs within a B2G (Business-to-Government) environm
ent.• Demonstrated track record of preparing, submitting, and winning competitive Government b
ids.• Experience in sectors such as Government digitalization, business process outsourcing (BPO), managed services, customer experience solutions, or front-end- services platforms is highly desira
ble.• Practical experience in contract negotiation and a solid understanding of contractual frameworks common in public procurem
ent.
