What You’ll Do


* Outbound prospecting via high-volume calls, emails, voice messages and social media outreach
* Qualify inbound leads and move interest into meetings
* Hit weekly/monthly goals: calls, emails, meetings booked, pipeline created
* Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to develop messaging, refine targeting, and execute outreach campaigns
* Use data and tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clari, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to prioritize lists, research prospects, and measure success
* Stay informed about industry trends and Numerix's products to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects

Your Profile


* Fluency in English is required; fluency in French or other languages is an added advantage
* High academic achiever, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM or business program
* 1–3 years’ experience in SDR, BDR, or similar roles – preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or tech with complex solutions
* Quick study – able to absorb Numerix’s technical products and capital market use cases
* Tech-savvy – you know or you’ll learn the sales tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Clari, Microsoft Copilot)
* Stellar communicator – confident cold caller, persuasive emailer, and professional follow-up
* Data-driven – track your activity, optimize outreach, strive for continuous improvement
* Resilient – thrive under rejection, stay positive and persistent
* Team player – eager to collaborate, give and get feedback, support a highenergy team
* Must be based in Casablanca and committed to 5 days per week fully onsite

Nice-to-Have


* University degree in Finance or Economics, with an interest in capital markets
* Familiarity with derivatives, fixed income, or financial risk management
* Previous experience at a FinTech or financial institution
