Sales & Customer Success: Full-time, on-site (Marrakech)

eGrow.com is hiring someone proactive and tech-savvy to help grow and support our users. Your role includes sales, customer onboarding, support, and creating simple tutorials.

What You’ll Do:
* Make cold calls to e-commerce businesses.
* Give online demos and convert leads to customers.
* Onboard new users and support them via WhatsApp or email.
* Create short video tutorials and write help articles.

Requirements:
* Fluent in Arabic (Darija), French, and English.
* Strong communication and sales skills.
* Able to record screen tutorials with voice and write clearly.
* Bonus: Experience with automation (Make.com, Zapier, etc.. ) and e-commerce tools (Shopify, Woocommerce, etc..).
* Full-time, on-site (Marrakech)
