Hazera Seeds is seeking a dynamic Sales and Product Development (S&PD) Manager for an exciting hybrid role covering West Africa and Agadir, Morocco. This position is crucial for driving business growth and product innovation in our developing markets.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Sales Management and Promotion

* Identify and qualify potential market segments, including crops and customers.
* Generate new business opportunities through direct and indirect channels.
* Collect and analyze commercial and marketing data to stay informed about market trends and competition.
* Collaborate with local sales teams and distributors to meet targets and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Product Development Management

* Analyze market trends and customer needs from a product perspective.
* Lead cross-functional teams in product development, managing project timelines, trials, and field observations within budget.
* Evaluate product performance pre- and post-launch, establish databases, and submit reports.

Skills: what we expect of you

* Diploma or B.Sc. degree in Agriculture.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as Sales representative in the agricultural commodities sector. PD specialist experience as added value.
* Proven experience in hybrid vegetable seeds sales is a competitive advantage.
* Experience working with CRM and data management tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Personal Qualifications And Skills

* Mandatory: Proficiency in French and English.
* Strong Commercial oriented, initiative, critical thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently to West African markets, adapt to varying work environments.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
