* Ensure validation with customers of quality commitments (special features, traceability, etc.).
* Participate in internal product and process release
* Coordinate Q-relevant topics with support departments (Control Plan, Requalication, IMDS…)
* Coordinate PPAP content with the customer
* Handle customer claims in prototype and preserial phase.
* Coordinate customer audits
