About the Job

* Report hierarchically to the Micromobility Purchasing Director, and functionally to the Purchasing Micromobility Program Manager
* Make the link between program teams and purchasing team during the supplier selection and development.
* Manage suppliers during project development.
* Hybrid between Casablanca office / Kenitra plant / home office.
* Business trip to supplier location to consider.

Key Responsibilities

* Endorse defining the Micromobility purchasing strategy for commodities in charge.
* Contribute managing RFIs and expertise phases.
* Support purchasing teams for bid list and recommendation proposals.
* Manage suppliers and stakeholders (engineering, logistic, Supplier quality, costs) during project development.
* Lead summary meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
* Manage the capitalization on potential volume evolution during development.
* Support obtaining the performance plan from suppliers.
* Manage economic negotiations of every changes.
* Identify troubled suppliers and take care of potential shortages.
* Check the fulfilment of contracts and adapt changes if necessary.
* Fulfil purchasing and program tools to ensure development.
* Guarantee the Supplier tool kick off.
* Lead the purchase order processes and ensure payment execution.
* Monitor prices and supplier capacities during development phase.
* Achieve the final price target according to the project needs.

Qualifications

* Capacity to work transversally with different divisions
* Confirmed experience in purchasing processes
* Animation, coordination and leadership skills
* Autonomy and conflict management skills
* Professional English level.
* Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skill.
