Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Car Leader to join us in Meknes. If you like new challenges, want to join an amazing team, and enjoy fast-paced environments this opportunity is for you!

As a Car Leader, you will Lead a plant engineering Team to achieve objectives in accordance with customers milestones and allocated budgets.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor & Drive timing projects.
* Ensure the Launch of new projects.
* Support plant to achieve forecasted efficiency
* Lead & follow up preparation for customer milestones
* Lead capex establishment and follow up.
* Ensure implementation of all request customer changes/specifications in accordance with program timing.
* Introduce new technology and new way of working to optimize/reduce labor

Key Skills And Qualifications

* Understanding of high-voltage manufacturing workflows and standards
* Engineering Degree
* Automotive experience and at least 3 years in Project Management.
* First Wiring experience is a must
* Good Project Management competencies
* Ability to prioritize work
* Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
