Job Overview

Performs basic activities in the routine and preventive maintenance at facilities and on manufacturing machinery for assigned area(s).

Job Requirements

* Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on production machines, following manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
* Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
* Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
* Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
* Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Must respect health & safety rules and environmental regulations.
* Ensure a good level of 5S for equipment.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects for maintenance.

What Your Background Should Look Like

* Bac + 2,3 (Mechanical or Electromechanical diploma)
* 2 to 4 years’ experience in industrial environment in Maintenance Department
* Electrical, Mechanical, automation, drawing reading, Technical analysis following std 8D methods.
