Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager in Fez we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project planning expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving the success of our projects by ensuring effective time management and schedule optimization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as tender teams, project managers, and external stakeholders), coordinate schedule inputs, and contribute to project execution strategies, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining project schedules, but also identifying critical paths and risks while proposing mitigation strategies.
We’ll look to you for:
* Applying Alstom’s time management processes and promoting best practices within project teams
* Analyzing tender documentation to understand schedule management requirements
* Setting timelines for tender preparation and ensuring adherence to deadlines
* Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to integrate schedule inputs
* Developing tender schedules based on contract requirements and project strategies
* Identifying critical paths and risks, and suggesting optimization and mitigation actions
* Highlighting differences between initial assumptions and final tender schedules
* Writing tender schedule narratives and presenting scheduling information during tender gate reviews

* Proven experience in a similar role

* Proficiency in at least one scheduling software tool
* Basic knowledge of time-related contractual obligations and penalties
* Broad understanding of railway industry products and technologies
* Curiosity and a drive to learn
* Working skills in MS Office tools
