Maintenance Site Manager

Job Purpose

A Site Maintenance Manager is accountable for the safe, effective, and efficient execution of the maintenance organization functions in an industrial site or facility. The purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently lead facility maintenance workforce to meet organizational goals.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

* Leading compliance and accountability of established EHS policies and procedures (i.e. LOTO, SOR'S) for the maintenance organization.
* Creating, monitoring and executing all budgets and costs associated within his assigned facility in regards to maintenance
* Responsible for leveraging JESA's leadership model to lead, motivate and empower direct reports in their current roles and driving accountability to achieve professional and business goals.
* Assumes responsibility and drives accountability of performance to meet the Maintenance organization’s goals and objectives
* Work collaboratively with others across the organization to meet shared objectives
* Place a high priority on developing organizational talent
* Provide leadership for the facility workflow process with focus on increasing productivity and efficiency of maintenance resources
* Accountable for the safe, on budget and on time execution of TAR and RD to ensure assets are fit for safe and reliable service

Education

* State engineer from public engineering schools

Global Experience

* 15 to 20 years of maintenance management experience in relevant industry

Specific Experience In The Position

* Industrial Maintenance - 15 years minimum
