Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent

Contract Details: Full-time, Professional Services Contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:


* Make outbound calls and qualify leads through phone
* Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
* Understand and effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients
* Identify and qualify potential clients
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in our CRM system
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets


Requirements:


* 1-2 years of experience in inbound sales or lead generation
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
* Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 10 AM to 7 PM EST (Full time)
