Office Manager ensures the smooth administrative and operational functioning of the office. Acting as a central coordination point, he/she supports daily activities, improves internal efficiency, and provides high-level administrative assistance to all teams, including English-speaking stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
1. Administrative Management
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, including reception, mail handling, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
* Draft, edit, and translate documents, reports, and communications in English and French.
* Maintain internal documentation and ensure proper filing and organization of administrative records.
2. Coordination & Operational Support
* Serve as a liaison between teams, departments, partners, and vendors.
* Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Support the planning and coordination of internal events (seminars, workshops, team activities).
5. Communication & English Support
* Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients, partners, and team members.
* Prepare clear, accurate, and professional bilingual communications.
* Represent the company with professionalism and maintain strong internal communication.
Required Skills
* Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong sense of initiative, confidentiality, and customer service.
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Communication, or related fields.
* Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment.
