Job describe:
1.Responsible for the overall planning and layout of the company’s offline retail presence, aiming to improve channel coverage.
2.Analyze market data and sales performance to optimize store location selection, visual merchandising, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient operation of retail channels.
3.Supervise and implement store Store Identity standards to ensure brand consistency and drive store upgrades and renovations.
4. Oversee the design, production, distribution, and implementation of terminal materials (displays, merchandising props, promotional posters, etc.) to maximize in-store presentation effectiveness.
5.Monitor sales data, foot traffic, and market feedback of retail sites, providing data analysis and optimization proposals.
6.Keep track of competitors’ retail strategies, conduct regular market research, and provide countermeasure recommendations.
7.Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment between retail activities and performance targets.
8.Supervise store-level sales execution, optimize terminal sales strategies, and enhance the conversion rate and competitiveness of retail sites.
Request:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields preferred;
2.Over 3 years of experience in Morocco smartphone retail management
3.Familiar with retail site construction standards, with hands-on experience in terminal visual management and campaign execution;
4.Strong data analysis skills, capable of optimizing retail strategies based on market data and competitive insights;
5.Excellent cross-department communication and resource integration skills, able to drive implementation of retail strategies;
6.Willing to travel as needed, with strong stress tolerance and execution capability;
7.Proficient in English, French, and Arabic communication.
