We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Tangier. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and a passion for supporting HR processes in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in posting job adverts, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Strong written and spoken English
• Previous HR or administrative experience .
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
