ABOUT THE ROLE:
The HR Admin & Social Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the human resources department by providing administrative assistance
YOUR TASKS:
Administrative Support
* Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the department.
* Assist in the execution of the payroll process
* Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
* Maintain and organize files and records.
* Assist in policies review and procedures related to social & administrative processes.
* Support HR department during interactions with social organizations.
* Support relationship with Labour inspection.
* Support in relationship with union offices and lawyers.
* Coordinate meetings & logistics for HR director.
* Serves as a liaison between the human resources department and employees for effective administrative communication.
* Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
* Entering employee data into computer database
* Maintain vital employee records and support ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department.
* Performs other related duties as assigned
Social Responsibility Initiatives:
* Support in the follow up of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and initiatives.
* Assist in organizing events related to Health & wellbeing, social responsibility, sustainability Focus, EOY & HR initiatives.
* Prepares newsletter and other reports to communicate information related to administrative processes.
* Support in disciplinary subjects in accordance with internal regulations.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Compliance aspects
* Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits or compliance reviews.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to administrative tasks.
Other aspects
* Coordination with insurance companies for employee care.
* Management of employee medical records: Scheduling appointments, tracking reimbursements, updating files.
* Support in activities and awareness campaigns (health and safety)
* Preparation & follow up of Employee Health Records.
* Administrative Notifications: Handling administrative tasks related to new hires, births, and other relevant events.
* Management of Health Record Complaints
YOUR PROFILE :
* Bac+2/3 degree preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
* 3 years relevant social/HR experience
Skills
* Presentation skills
* Payroll skills
* Software skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Communication skills - spoken and written.
* Technological aptitude
* Employee relations
* Human resources information software (HRIS)
* Good communication in Arabic French
