Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) professional, located in Tangier. The role involves managing daily HR operations, supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, conducting training sessions, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
* Strong skills in HR compliance, record-keeping, and understanding labor laws.
* Experience in conducting training sessions and promoting workplace culture.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication abilities.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic workplace situations.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Familiarity with HR software tools is a plus.
